ABOUT US

Our young company was born in 2004. We are the first chain of Tourism hotels from the province of Cordoba. Nowadays we own two Hotels (Solares del Alto Hotel, in Alta Gracia and Solares Cumbrecita Hotel & Apart, in La Cumbrecita) adding a total of 185 beds. We offer the best Mid Market quality hotel services in the province.

Our Objectives

Out goal is to grow bolder in the Mid-Market range of Hotels inside Cordoba, offering quality and service, prioritizing a suitable ideal rate for tourists and traveling salesmen. We want to make of our brand a benchmark of quality, personalized attention, service and satisfaction to the guest. The strategy of the company is to satisfy with excellence the needs of the tourist who visits Cordoba, generating value to the shareholders and serving with responsibility to the community.

Philosophy

Our Philosophy is based on satisfy our clients, to generate an economic sustainable activity and to reach serve the community. We believe in the need to take a part in community in which we are inserted, generating employment, conscience of tourism and social activities. We believe in sustainable tourism activities and in the care of the environment and the natural resources. We trust in the technology and believe that it is an indispensable tool for our development and growth, for it, we are innovative as for technology and new trends of communication, always with a policy of investment and renovation. We understand that our major capital are the human resources.

Commercial strategy

Our strategy is to commercialize our hotels in two ways:

  • Direct: We work hard to position our brand and each hotel in particular to attract clients, especially across the web. We create campaigns promoting our destinations and trying to attract the increasing number of Internet users searching for accommodations through the web.
  • Travel Agencies: Our major aim is to achieve a profitable and attractive product for the travel agencies. We are aware that we must offer excellence in service, efficiency in all the requests, reliability in the reservations, and client satisfaction to obtain the confidence and respect of the travel agents and tourism companies.
